Hip Abduction Orthosis
A hip abduction orthosis is a brace used to treat hip dysplasia in infants.
- Effectiveness of the hip abduction orthosis is based on the principle of using the seated squat position with flexion in excess of 90° combined with moderate abduction.
- Reproducible hip flexion setting allows for adjustment using beaded cords and simple closures.
